Job Description
Voice Operations Engineer - Engineer will support all In-Scope voice Technologies, proactively monitoring and quickly responding to hardware, software, and network Incidents. Candidate must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and work closely with vendor/contractor partners. Candidate must be able to provide expert-level troubleshooting, and end-to-end support/resolution of Service Requests.
Candidate must have the following key abilities.
- Cisco CUCM, Unity, IM&P and Expressways
- Good troubleshooting command on voice day to day issues
- Good hands-on experience on Jabber and desk phones
- CUBE and various voice gateways
- Open to work in 24x7 support model
- Exp 2 to 4 years
