Zensar Technologies - SAP FICO Consultant - AP/AR/GL Modules (12-15 yrs)

SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling /RTR.

Exp : 12 to 15 years.

Location : Hyderabad.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, focusing on RTR processes.

- Configure and customize S/4HANA FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Group Reporting.

- Design and implement S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with best practices and client requirements.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration guides, and technical documentation.

- Perform system testing, integration testing, and ensure data integrity.

- Analyze and optimize RTR processes in S/4HANA, including period-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Design and implement solutions to streamline financial closing activities and improve reporting accuracy.

- Configure and utilize S/4HANA tools for financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations (IFRS, GAAP).

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance functionalities, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Embedded Analytics.

- Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps and user experience design to enhance user productivity.

- Implement and configure S/4HANA Group Reporting for consolidated financial statements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial and controlling needs and providing expert advice.

- Conduct client workshops and training sessions on S/4HANA Finance functionalities.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are met.

- Diagnose and resolve complex S/4HANA Finance issues and errors.

- Provide timely and effective solutions to client problems.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

- Escalate issues to senior consultants or support teams as needed.

- Develop and maintain financial and controlling reports using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other reporting tools.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

- Integrate S/4HANA FI/CO modules with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

- Develop and maintain interfaces with external systems.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest S/4HANA Finance technologies and trends.

- Manage small to medium-sized S/4HANA Finance projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Develop project plans and timelines.

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.

- Manage project budgets and resources.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 to 15 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, with a focus on S/4HANA Finance.

- Deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance functionalities, particularly RTR processes.

- Proven experience in S/4HANA Finance implementations and upgrades.

- Proficiency in S/4HANA FI/CO configuration and customization.

- Strong knowledge of financial and controlling business processes and best practices.

- Experience with data migration and integration in S/4HANA.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
