Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Collect data on call quality, customer interactions, and performance metrics using MIS tools.
  
• Make outbound calls to customers for sales promotion, product updates, and feedback collection.
  
• Perform fuel tracking and ambulance services scheduling as required by the company.
