Business Analyst - Corporate Growth Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst Growth Strategy to drive data-driven insights and business recommendations that contribute to the companys growth. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive analysis to benchmark company performance and uncover strategic advantages.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to align growth strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze customer data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive actionable insights.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to proactively suggest innovative business opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for growth-related projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in startups, tech, or high-growth industries is a plus.
