Finance Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Finance Manager with 12-15 years of experience to oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial data for various departments and business units.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track budget performance and variance analysis, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

• Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
  
• Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity, and ensure sufficient working capital to meet operational needs.
• Oversee treasury functions, including investment management, banking relationships, and cash management strategies.

• Financial Controls and Compliance:
  
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.

• Team Leadership and Development:
  
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to improve their skills and capabilities.

• Strategic Financial Planning:
  
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Assess potential financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize business performance.

• Cost Management and Profitability:
  
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the profitability analysis for various products, services, and business units, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.

• Mergers, Acquisitions, and Investments:
  
• Provide financial due diligence and analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Evaluate business opportunities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
