Roles and responsibilities:

- Be self-driven and be responsible to source deals independently and manage data, resources and vendors required for executing the diligence plan.

- Financial and valuation analysis including financial modelling.

- Written memos and presentations.

- Manage documentation related to the investment process.

- Supporting deal assessment, business model evaluation and execution which includes sector research & understanding, analysis, diligence process and transaction documentation.

- Tracking performance of portfolio companies, the relevant sectors & competition.
