Our Clients is a specialist Venture Capital Firm investing in early-growth tech startups in India. They have entrusted us to hire for an Associate role in their investment team. Below are the details:

Experience: 3+ years in in venture capital, investment banking, start-ups, corporate innovation, and/or a top-tier management consulting firm.

Locations: Bangalore

Education: MBA/CA/CFA

Responsibilities:

Sourcing, Screening, and Closing Investment Opportunities:

- You will be involved in sourcing, evaluation, and transaction efforts to ensure we make the best investments.

- This includes building and maintaining relationships with, and contributing value to, the venture capital and startup ecosystem.

Portfolio Management & Exits:

- You will work closely with portfolio teams to help them in realizing their full potential, including strategic decisions, improving unit economics, hiring & retaining the best talent, raising capital, finding and facilitating exits at the right time, and more.

Marketing:

- You will be responsible for working with marketing team to enhance firm's visibility and brand across the continent through a "portfolio first" approach, as well as helping create the right content to support portfolio growth.

Ecosystem Development: You will build connections in the industry and with ecosystem stakeholders.
