Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and file tax returns as required.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate financial analysis reports for management review.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA or any equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 year in an auditor's office.
• Typewriting Lower or Higher pass is mandatory.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
