Job Description

We are looking for Firmware Engineers who has good knowledge and experience on:

8/16/32 bit micro controllers Firmware coding.
Analog and digital circuit design.
Knowledge of PCB design process.
Communication ports like bus and wireless protocols. I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, CAN, LAN, Zigbee, etc.
Should be able to handle projects/ tasks independently.
Knowledge of Engineering and Production processes, Product Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
Desired candidate profile:

Must be a good team player

Must have good interpersonal skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle project independently

Likes

Lot of scope to learn and improve. I don't think you can find such kind of an exposure outside so very easily. Especially because of it being a defense company, the work satisfaction is good and you get hands on experience.

Work culture isn't the best, It is improving id say but its gonna take a good few years before it gets better. Lack of appreciation and proper appraisals.
