Zen Technologies - Sales Operations Specialist (1-2 yrs)

Job Description:

- Actively follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.

- Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

- Schedule and facilitate interdepartmental meetings to discuss technical specifications, quality requirements (QRs), and resolve any related issues.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather and prepare necessary documents for Field Specialists.

- Coordinate with laboratories for test certifications through email and phone calls, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

- Assist the sales team in organizing and conducting defense-related exhibitions, including logistics, material preparation, and client interactions.

- Assist managers in the creation and analysis of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.

- Coordinate and arrange client visits to the production facility, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive client experience.

- Collaborate closely with other teams to provide comprehensive support to the sales team.

- Consistently meet deadlines for all assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B or B2G sales.

Skills:

Essential:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) -

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable:

- Experience in the defense or related industries

- Knowledge of CRM systems
