Sales Manager:
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces) accounts.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within CAPF units for Zen training solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) for seamless order execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings for feedback and service enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in defense or government sales preferred.
- Knowledge of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and government tenders.
- Interest in Travelling
Educational qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields) or in Business/Marketing.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
- Familiarity with defense technologies or prior technical sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8-10 Years
- Experience in defense or government sales preferred.
