Operations Executive - Hindi speaking

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, tracking, and timely delivery of shipments, both inbound and outbound, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and customer requirements.

2. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation carriers to negotiate rates, establish contracts, and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies.

3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all logistical activities, including shipping documents, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance, leveraging data analysis and logistics best practices.
