Responsibilities
Guide the Process - Lead the team through each step of the 8D method.
Team Coordination - Bring the right people together and assign tasks.
Define the Problem - Help the team clearly understand and describe the issue.
Analyse the Cause - Assist in finding and confirming the root cause using tools like "5 Whys" or fish bone diagrams.
Plan Solutions - Ensure the team develops practical and effective solutions.
Track Progress - Monitor the implementation of temporary and permanent solutions.
Verify Results - Check if the solutions have fully resolved the problem.
Document Everything - Record the findings and outcomes in an 8D report in Senvion official template.
Resolve Conflicts - Keep the team focused and manage disagreements.
Encourage Improvements - Use lessons learned to improve processes and prevent future issues.
Support and Teach - Help the team understand the 8D process and tools.
