Resolve Conflicts - Keep the team focused and manage disagreements. Encourage Improvements - Use lessons learned to improve processes and prevent future issues. Support and Teach - Help the team understand the 8D process and tools.
Qualification
8-10 years of experience in facilitating problem-solving tools such as 8D methodology and DMAIC framework.
Strong communication, and good documentation skills are must.
