Job Description

Experience:
Data analyst/data modeler with demonstrated knowledge and experience of techniques and deliverables related to data modeling.
Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio preferred.
Understanding of CRM, Finance, HR, and Risk enterprise level data models preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a global environment including flexibility in schedule to attend early morning or late evening meetings.
Possible travel to New Jersey based office may be required.

Responsibility:
Develop and maintain the client s enterprise wide view of the data. This individual will analyze information requirements specified by the user community and design the required data structures to support those requirements.
Participate with business partners in strategic planning regarding data needs
Provide logical/physical modeling and design services
Consult with project sponsors regarding information flow and content, including facilitation of information gathering sessions
Develop and maintain data models, data architecture, data management standards and conventions, data dictionaries, data element naming standards, and data dictionary metadata standards
Collaborate with team members regarding industry standard data management practices
