Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 6 months 1 year
Location: Field Work
Employment Type: Full-time
Field Work: Yes (Candidate must have their own vehicle)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales. As this is a field-based role, the candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings and should possess their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler .
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Client Acquisition
  • Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, and partners to generate leads.
  • Conduct cold calling, door-to-door visits, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities .
Sales Revenue Growth
  • Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals .
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction .
Market Research Strategy
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and offerings .
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Reporting Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and revenue generation .
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports .
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth .
Required Skills Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field .
Key Skills Competencies
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills .
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales and client acquisition .
  • Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork efficiently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business expansion strategies .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle work pressure .
Mandatory Requirement
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.
