Job Description
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers .
- Help in conducting initial HR interviews and assessments .
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents .

- Organize team-building activities, employee engagement events, and training sessions .
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns .
- Help in conducting exit interviews and feedback collection .
???? HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal databases .
- Assist in the preparation of HR policies, reports, and presentations .
- Support payroll processes by tracking attendance and leaves .
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures .
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
???? Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .

Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment life cycle .
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace .
- Knowledge of HRMS or ATS software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
