Sales Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Managing Digital Sales Force Effectiveness Solution

• Manage operationalisation of SFE solution for tracking sales force performance on field operations
• Analyse various reports from SFE solution like Daily Call Summaries, Dr coverage frequency, Target achievement rates etc
• Generate SFE reports for daily, weekly and monthly tracking purposes

2. Sales analysis and data analysis

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data reports and analysis and performance reports for marketing and commercial team
• Order processing, discounts and bonus offer tracking
• Liaising with distributors and sales managers to collect data and sales reports
• Customer and key account performance analysis from sales statements

3. Marketing assistance

• Support marketing team in timely execution of campaigns
• Vendor identification, drive procurement process, establish mechanism about competitive vendor evaluation
• Controlling gimmick stock status, updating daily input, output and making monthly stock report.
• Distributing marketing inputs/gimmicks to territories as requested by Marketing team.

4. Field force support

• Supporting field force in daily activities
• Coordinating with distributors in timely sales order processing, goods delivery etc.
• Samples and inputs dispatch, tracking and controls

5. Purchasing

• Collecting all quotations and offers for purchasing as requested by concerned departments.
• Making comparison and suggestion of purchasing to Commercial Head/ Head Quarter
• Inventory management of field force and marketing inputs, samples, promo materials like Visual aids, bags, stationery etc

Qualifications & experience required

• 3 year experience as a Sales admin in a reputed pharmaceutical company
• Graduate with business qualifications like PGDBM, MBA preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and devising performance metrics
• MIS knowledge and ability to synthesize sales and commercial data
• Strong written and spoken English language communication skills
• Proven record in management of commercial (sales and marketing) tasks
• Good knowledge of administrative procedures, marketing, sales, commercial, finance, and human resource.
• Proven strong MS office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good IT knowledge as a system user
• An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
• High capability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Good critical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
