Lead AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to develop and improve our AI systems.
Fine-tune large language models and implement novel search and QA algorithms to enhance the capabilities of our AI agents.
Develop and evaluate large systems of interconnected LLMs, addressing engineering constraints such as latency and model inference costs.
Work directly with our founder and customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Tackle unsolved research and engineering problems, particularly those relevant to LLMs in production environments.
Create AI Agents.
Requirements: Professional experience building world-class, world-scale software solutions.
3-5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong understanding of ML principles and techniques.
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and implementing AI systems at scale.
Demonstrated ownership mindset, self-learning abilities, curiosity, and a drive to push the boundaries of technology.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in AI engineering.
Experience with Python, Langchain, Llama Index, or other relevant AI frameworks.
