Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Research, Identify, contact and onboard new direct Fortune 500 customers
• Extensive market research experience to identify prospective client and maintain a target client list
• Arrange business/client meetings with prospective clients and effectively present/communicate our services.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage end to end staffing services from job sourcing to fulfillment.
• Coordinate and manage off-shore Recruitment/Delivery Teams
• Achieve staffing services Objectives and reach Gross Revenue/Margin goals
• Prepare reports for all activity on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

Qualification:

• 7+ years of IT Staffing sales experience to mid-to-large companies.
• Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads
• Bachelors degree in business or management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting services and reports to C-level executives and Prospective clients
• Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and team player
