SAP GTS Architect - ECC Module (7-20 yrs)

Job Description :

Duties :

- Throughout the entire program, be the partner and advisor of the Business Process Owner for each step of the solution delivery, support and deployment. Ensure that solution is fully integrated, robust and interacts with legacy system when needed.

- Responsible for the solution design and implementation of SAP GTS solution fulfilling business requirements, consistent with the Company IT global architecture, ensuring robustness, performance, ergonomics, upgradability and simplicity of use.

- Responsible for SAP GTS solution integration with SAP landscape (SAP EWM, SAP ECC and SAP TM), with the expected quality and accordingly to the committed schedule.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes and methods

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

- Completed a few cycles of project implementations from project kick-off to project closure

- Experience in integration with SAP (especially with SAP EWM, SAP ECC, SAP TM)

- Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, or higher.

- High business sensitivity, result oriented with ability to manage stakeholders and contractors.

- Ability to work with teams across geographical locations with various functional & technical expertise. Ability to work globally with diverse nationalities in a matrix environment is essential.

- Proactive, self-starter and able to take initiative

- Fluent English.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Functional and Technical Requirements :

1. Experience in working with clients implementing export and import scenarios integrated with SAP ECC SAP TM and EWM.

2. Extensive hands-on experience of SAP GTS in all services - Compliance, Customs and Risk Management. Possess a strong command of the configurations and functions of GTS Customs, Compliance, Risk and Electronic Compliance Reporting (Intrastat reporting) areas of GTS, including export control, the customs declaration forms, document block status and analysis, technically incomplete documents, license structure & maintenance, Sanctioned Party List screening, embargoed country checks and the maintenance of trade classification data (HTS & ECCN, Preference determination)

3. Good knowledge of export and import processes across North America, Europe and Asia. International trade Knowledge on Legal regulations

4. Implementation experience of SAP GTS integration to government customs portal

5. Deep understanding of OTC, P2P and supply chain processes (incl. ECC, TM and EWM) and their integration into GTS is a must.

6. In addition to SAP GTS, functional project implementation experience in either SAP SD or SAP MM

7. Knowledge of support processes to tackle incidents and timely resolution.

8. Knowledge in EDI and IDocs

9. Good to have ABAP development, exits, debugging, etc.
