Senior Recruiter

• Provide a seamless and transparent Talent Acquisition experience for all parties
• Align closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Support creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for the role and guide hiring managers with market data and best practices
• Source potential candidates via social media platforms, e.g. LinkedIn and other local professional networks, and screen direct applications on job postings
• Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process (interviewing, assessments, background checks, onboarding)
• Conduct Talent Acquisition video screens and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
• Closely manage the hiring process documentation in our ATS (SuccessFactors Recruiting)

Experience

• University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics etc.)
• 5 to 7 years recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitment
• Very good sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn creative recruiting tactics)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
