Job Description

Responsibility Areas

1. Identify and Target New Business Opportunities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of our services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new business.
    • Utilize new marketing trends to enhance outreach and engagement.

2. Build and Maintain Vendor and Client Relationships

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new vendors.
    • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and ensure win-win outcomes.
    • Manage vendor relationships over time, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
    • Understand market and industry trends to identify potential vendors.
    • Ensure continuous communication and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.

3. Drive Revenue Growth

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

4. Collaborate with Internal Teams

    • Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
    • Collaborate with the internal sales team to increase productivity and efficiency.
    • Share insights and strategies to align sales efforts with marketing trends.

5. Monitor Market Trends

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to identify new business opportunities and improve our services.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for new partnerships and innovative solutions.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Lead cross-functional teams, guide junior staff, and manage the decision-making process regarding vendor selection and strategy.
    • Ensure alignment of vendor management strategies with overall business goals.

Experience

  • 6-9 years of experience in developing and growing sales and building relationships with key prospects, Vendors, Clients in the IT Consulting industry.
  • 6-9 years of experience in business development and vendor management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Understanding of market and industry trends to identify potential vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing market conditions, vendor capabilities, and business goals.

Working Hours:

7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST Nov to March (Night Shift - Mon to Fri)

6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST Apr to Oct (Night Shift - Mon to Fri)

Hours to fit with EST time zone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
