Job Description :
Yusata Infotech Private Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle ERP Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in public sector project portfolio management (PPM) and grants management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle cloud ERP solutions, particularly in PPM, grants management, GL, Budgeting, and Oracle Permitting and Licensing modules within the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead functional design efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation to meet the needs of a public sector organization.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle cloud ERP, with a focus on project portfolio management (PPM) and grants management modules.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders, and translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure cloud ERP modules, workflows, and processes to support project portfolio management, grants management, and related activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and design solutions for integrating Oracle cloud ERP with third party applications and systems.
- Lead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured solution.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations, insights and guidance on optimizing the cloud ERP solution and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP functional consultant, with at least 5 years focusing on PPM, Grants Management, GL, Budgeting, and Oracle Permitting and Licensing modules (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management, Grant Management Foundation, Budgetary Control and Encumbrance accounting).
- Experience in Project Business Intelligence Analytic, Project Revenue and Billing Business Intelligence Analytic, and Project Performance Business Intelligence Analytic- is highly desirable.
- Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of public sector PPM and grants management regulations, policies, and procedures, including grant life cycle- management, project planning, budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions.
- Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels.
- Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.
