You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our projects while working closely with our exceptional team of Technology professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication, preparing user stories, flow charts, case studies, and documenting requirements.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and gathering requirements to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Present product insights, benefits, and recommendations with strong presentation skills.
• Utilize product management tools like Jira to manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and user stories.
• Apply design tools like Figma to create mock applications and manage user-centric product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data, and engineering) to enhance user experience and product quality.
• Conduct market research and analyze the impact of product changes through planning and executing impact assessments.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data, and propose practical solutions to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Use analytical thinking to assess situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, balancing competing priorities and understanding their needs.
• Lead product demos, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
• Navigate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issue management.
• Travel domestically as required.
• Manage project costs, aiming to minimize budget overruns, and ensure deadlines are met with high standards.
• Build and train teams, identify appropriate tasks, and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
• Align projects with the companys vision and mission.
• Analyze project goals, metrics, and results using strong data analytical skills.
• Develop, review, and modify Agile project plans, ensuring accurate tracking of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage time effectively.
• Experience with requirement documentation, user stories, design tools, and project methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in software development or product management, with a solid technical background.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to present status updates to customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in the Ad-Tech/ Media and Entertainment domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
• Ability to handle incident management, change management, release management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong budget management skills to minimize project cost overruns.
• Experience in Agile project planning and development.
