About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Podcast Lead to drive our podcast initiatives and elevate our brand's presence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, an engaging personality, and previous experience hosting or producing a podcast. As the Podcast Lead, you will be the face and voice of our podcast series, helping us connect with a vibrant community of content creators and listeners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Podcast Hosting and Content Creation:

- Host engaging podcast episodes, setting an authentic and professional tone.

- Develop and write scripts for episodes, ensuring each show is informative, entertaining, and valuable for listeners.

2. Outreach and Collaboration:

- Identify and reach out to relevant content creators and potential guests for collaboration, expanding the podcast's reach and network.

- Coordinate with creators to finalize schedules, topics, and guest details for a seamless recording experience.

3. Scheduling and Coordination:

- Plan and maintain a podcast calendar, coordinating across teams to ensure timely recordings and episode releases.

- Work closely with video editors to ensure episodes are polished, engaging, and consistent with brand standards, including editing for audio and video and creating visually appealing thumbnails.

4. Social Media and Distribution:

- Circulate podcast content across various social media platforms, managing clips, highlights, and episode announcements to maximize reach.

- Actively engage with listeners and followers on social platforms to foster community and increase podcast visibility.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience hosting, producing, or leading a podcast is essential.

2. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and an ability to create engaging content.

3. Coordination: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and collaborators.

4. Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, digital distribution, and content promotion strategies.

5. Location: Must be based in Mumbai.
