Roles and Responsibilities
Receive packages in front office receptionist area. Check-in incoming packages into our Mobile App. Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp chats, respond to emails, respond to queries on mobile app, respond to SMSs. Provide support guidance to customer s queries. Respond to refunds, claims and other customer issues. Keep updating the frequently asked questions keywords on WhatsApp and Website. Understand various tools used at yourDesiCart to respond to customer s questions better. Build videos for explaining frequently asked customers questions. Coordinate with graphic team if needed. Ensure every customer who approaches via WhatsApp, phone, email, mobile app etc is on-boarded in the system name, email and phone number. Proactively track and report customer issues. Faster responses to customer s queries, be available during the office hours.
