Use a blend of syndicated tools, analytics, and storytelling to answer key business questions, such as Brand Health, Customer Funnel Journeys, Audience Profiling, and Campaign Tracking. Continuously improve reporting standards and data visualizations while responding to client requests with efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to solving data-related challenges. Take charge across internal processes to monitor the health of accounts and subscriptions, providing usage reports and key analytical insights for internal use, as well as supporting the agencies team with administrative tasks such as setting up key users, and keeping up-to-date records.
