Position Overview: The Sales Associate will support the development and management of strategic partnerships to expand reach and enhance our global hackathon initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships, a strong understanding of relationship management, and is eager to drive growth through new alliances. Key Responsibilities: - Partnership Development: Identify, research, and connect with potential partners (corporates, educational institutions, non-profits) that align with company's vision and objectives. - Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing support and collaboration. - Sales Support: Assist in sales pitches and presentations, showcasing the benefits of partnerships with company and tailoring proposals to meet partner needs. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Partnerships and Alliances team to create partnership plans, track performance, and identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships. - Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to ensure partners are engaged, represented, and supported at events. - Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and report partnership metrics and KPIs, providing insights for future strategies and improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in Sales or Partnerships in a B2B setting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence partners at various levels. - Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed targets. - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with CRM tools and MS Office suite is a plus. - Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office and travel as needed.
