Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs by conducting site visits, presentations, and demonstrations of products/services.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales or institutional sales.
  

• Excellent presentation skills for effective client meetings; ability to build strong relationships with clients.

• Must be comfortable presenting to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.

• candidate should have own conveyance for efficient travel and client visits

• Able to build and nurture a broad professional network that adds value to the organization and fosters new business opportunities
