Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create detailed 2D layouts, plans, and elevations.
• Develop realistic 3D models and renderings to present design concepts.
• Iterate designs based on client feedback to ensure project alignment.
• Client Interaction:
• Conduct meetings to understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide expert recommendations on design elements, materials, and furniture.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Material Selection & Procurement:
• Research, source, and select materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure quality materials within budget.
• Site Supervision:
• Oversee Supervise on-site activities to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Coordinate with the site team, and respective site supervisor
• Conduct site visits based on the scale and complexity of the project.
• Provide guidance to ensure the design vision is accurately translated during execution
• Project Coordination:
• Prepare and manage project timelines, schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document and maintain project progress reports for internal and client reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Strong visualization and rendering skills.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Knowledge of modular furniture design and execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client handling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in site supervision and coordination is preferred.
