Job Summary :

Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (brands and businesses) in your assigned region (Gujarat, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and neighboring areas).
- Needs Analysis: Understand client marketing objectives and challenges to propose tailored digital media solutions.
- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate YOptima's programmatic media solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and achieve sales targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e. , campaign management, analytics) to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Transition to Digital: Learn and apply best practices of programmatic marketing and digital media buying, expanding your skill set for the future of advertising.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in media sales (TV, Radio, Print, or Digital), directly engaging with brands and businesses in India, specifically within the target regions (Gujarat, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and neighboring areas).
- Experience in even one of the mentioned markets is valuable.
- Understanding of Media Landscape: Solid understanding of media buying and planning processes.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic digital media landscape.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and digital marketing concepts
