Graduate in any discipline - Engineering background preferred

Skills and Competency :

• with 10~ 15 years of experience in quality related activities in any reputed organization. Six Sigma Certification preferred.

  Job description:

• The Project Quality Head (PQA) supports the BU with Quality Management of all Projects in accordance with YIL Quality Management System and any other applicable standards and /or Specifications.
• Responsible for the continual maintenance of the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• To Maximize customer satisfaction through high quality engineering deliverables by means of:
• QA/QC of Projects executed.
• Compliance to QMS by Project teams.
• Project/site Audits, Mega/Important projects review, Shutdown scope of work review.
• Interface with QHSE to ensure compliance to Company QHSE policies.
• Develop and implement Project Audit schedule for all Projects.
• Provide periodic reports to Division/Department Managers.
• Perform pre-qualification and/or periodic Audits of suppliers with Procurement Department.
• Compliance enforcement and continuous improvement (J-SOX)
• QMS audit for compliance of ISO
• Customer & Stakeholders complaint resolution
