Accounts Executive

Title of the position: Executive - Accounts

Reports to: Senior Manager Accounts

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in functional areas of Accounts, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Payments, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Post-graduation: M.Com.
• Graduation: B.Com.
• Strong System Skills: Excel, Tally, MS Office, Internet.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Below works are for all entities (Company, Trust, Individual)

• Prepare bill vouchers and cheque printing from Tally software.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparation and filing of returns of PT, GST, TDS, challans from software used by the Company and thereafter sending TDS certificates (Salary and Non - Salary) to parties.
• Document and maintain records.
• Entry of banking transactions in Passbook manually.
• Follow up for payments due against invoices raised.
• Draft and prepare bank or other correspondence letters.
• Co-ordinate with Company departments.
