Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams.
• Prepare in-house designs, working drawings, and execution drawings per the Management requirement.
• Able to prepare feasibility project reports based on DP regulations.
• Communicate regularly to Management with project updates such as the status of each project, potential issues on site, etc.
• Coordinate with various consultants (Structural, MEP, Design, Landscape, Interior, etc.).
• Achieve the project objectives and provide well-researched inputs.
• Evaluate and finalize the architectural design for projects undertaken by the organization with respect to municipal approvability and prevailing bylaws.
• Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations and meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Very strong design, MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to interact independently with various external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to follow schedules, multitask, and work within timelines.

Requirement:

• B.Arch
• High-quality commercial, residential & mixed-use projects.
• Additional experience in smart city/township projects will be preferred.
• Marine infrastructure background
• Willing to travel in Mumbai and outside.
