Accounts & Admin Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Manage administrative duties, including office management, vender coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in accounts, bookkeeping, and office administration.
• Proficiency in accounting software especially Tally, Quick books and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Driving license is essential for both 4 and 2-wheeler since the position requires frequent travel
