Job Description: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist Financial Software Systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial software systems to ensure alignment with business requirements and functional specifications.
2. Verify and validate financial transactions processed through the software to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
3. Analyze and interpret test results to identify discrepancies, defects, or potential areas for improvement in transaction processing.
4. Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
5. Document testing procedures, results, and findings meticulously for audit and compliance purposes.
6. Provide end-to-end support during software upgrades, enhancements, and implementations impacting financial transaction processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting entries, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and software systems.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting/financial software.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in UAT or financial systems testing (preferred).

2nd opening

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end reconciliation of GST input credits for Motor Insurance claims.

- Collaborate with the Finance Team to support GST input credit reconciliation processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely matching of GST credits against motor claims.

- Work with internal departments to help resolve discrepancies in GST input credit data.

- Support process improvements and address reconciliation variances.

- Regularly analyze and identify discrepancies in GST credits.

- Prepare reports, deck on reconciliation status, input credit utilization, and potential areas for optimization.

- Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
