Payout Calculation

• Ensure monitoring Collection Payout computation and understanding payout structure for Retail Asset, Credit Card, liabilities products.
• Coordination with Strategy/ business/product team for payout/incentive structure.
• Periodically analyzing the agency Payout Trend
• Preparation of Collection Payout calculations basis structure provided
• Follow up for allocation data, voucher & control dump from Finnone support team and collection strategy team.
• Cleaning data in terms of removing cancelled, rebook, closed cases and penalty for payout computations.
• Application of payout % slab to each vendor along various approvals from business/collection team.
• Reconciliation/adjustments received from product team/ collection strategy team.
• Payout reconciliation of cancel, rebook & foreclosed cases
• Sending final payout computation to product team & finance team which approved by product team / collection strategy team.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparation of DSA/Agency wise list of cases sourced/collected by them on monthly basis.
• Monitoring of No dues Certificate for collection agencies.
• Data maintenance of negative payout DSAs & recovery from other products & future payouts.
• Tracking of payout on hold MIS.
• Maintenance of product wise approval mail received from collection strategy team/
•  product team on daily basis.
• Follow up with finance team for payout payment.
• Ensure high operating efficiency, compliance to banks processes & procedures and service standards by conducting vendor governance, performance review/rotation periodically
• Manage Vendors and provide guidelines concerning the agreements/contracts that clearly describe all material aspect of the outsourcing arrangement
• Meeting various stakeholders for process policy collection strategy team, product and system improvements and enhancements / vendor appointment and outsourcing.

Technical  Competencies

• Knowledge of Retail Lending Software (priority for FinnOne / FCR/SFDC) preferred .
• Product Knowledge of Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Commercial Vehicle, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Construction Equipment, Health Care Finance, Credit Card preferred
