Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial interviews over the phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule face-to-face rounds with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by new employees.
• Upon completion of Internship, If the performance is exceptional, candidate may get absorbed for employment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have knowledge about HR roles.
• Experienced candidate will be evaluated for executive or manager position.
• Strong understanding of interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer generation, selection processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective telephonic conversations with candidates.
