Job Description :

- We are urgently hiring for Associate Director position who would be acting as a Category Head for its Quick Commerce Team. Candidates should be from Quick Commerce Companies only.

- Candidates should be from MBA Tier 1 Institutes of passing out year 2014/2015/2016.

Job Responsibilities :

- A Category Leader will head the P&L, Category Management of the business end-to-end, leadership across online/offline retail to provide an enhanced customer value proposition.

- Key KRAs would include business growth ,strategy, profitability, exclusivity, complete P&L, team development, vendor relationship management etc.

- This person would have the opportunity to create an impact in the industry and place oneself in line for higher positions in the BU or other parts of the org.

- Work with different teams across the organization to get a 360-degree exposure and influence.
