Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective services and guidance are provided to patients coming to OPD for doctor
- consultation and maintaining stipulated TAT in all areas of service.
- Crowd Management
- Consultants Management

- Patient Coordination
- To maintain all records / documentation /daily report in OPD
- To ensure quality services to in patients admitted in wards AMCU, ICCU and !NCU and other wards..
- Ensure PREs provide quality services to all patients in their respective wards by coordinating with the other departments.
- To ensure that PREs maintain and update the admission discharge registers.
- To carry out daily rounds to check whether all the patients are satisfied with the
- services provided and address complaints / escalations from patients / patient
- attendants and resolve them.
