Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT asset management needs and challenges.
- Design and implement ITAM processes and workflows within ServiceNows ITAM modules.
- Configure ITAM modules for software license tracking, hardware asset management, and contract management.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize IT asset data and optimize IT spending.
- Develop custom applications, scripts, and automations using ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) to extend ITAM functionalities.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with other modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB) for a holistic IT service management experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with external systems (e.g., accounting systems, license management tools) for data exchange and automation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM architecture, functionalities, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of IT asset management principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, SAM).
- Experience with ServiceNow development best practices and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
