Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Owner with Scrum Master responsibilities to lead our SAP Implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business analysis practices and possess excellent project management or Scrum Master skills to drive successful project delivery, besides having excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA Implementation / Rollout projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Utilize business analysis skills to elicit, analyse, and document project requirements, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Effectively manage project resources, including team members, to ensure efficient and productive project workflows.
Act as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or experience in a Project Owner role in Agile environments.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
Experience in leading cross-functional project teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Consultant should be ready to move to onsite if required.
