• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field (IT Services & Consulting).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets; strong sales forecasting abilities.
