Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general ledger,
• Accounts payable / accounts receivable,
• Banking operation, Vendor Payments, Debtors accounting, Import payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate audits, both internal and external, and ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial documents.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring there are sufficient funds to meet operational needs.
• Ensure proper filing and payment of taxes (e.g., GST, TDS, income tax, payroll tax).
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding the financial status of the company.

Other Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point etc
• ERP (Microsoft Dynamic will be added advantages)

Qualification:

• Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and related field.
