Full Stack Developer (MERN)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications using

React.js, Node.js, and experience with both MongoDB and SQL databases. In addition, you will

leverage containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure

efficient and scalable deployment.

Must have experience: (MERN) React, Nodejs, MongoDB, SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate

requirements into technical solutions.

• Build reusable React.js components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js..

• Design and manage data structures using MongoDB and SQL databases.

• Work with containerized applications using Docker, ensuring a consistent development

and deployment environment.

• Manage and orchestrate microservices and applications using Kubernetes for scalability

and reliability.

• Optimize performance and scalability of the application across platforms.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and deployment issues.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of the applications.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in React.js with strong knowledge of component-based architecture, state

management, and hooks.

• Hands-on experience in server-side programming using Node.js.

• Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and SQL databases.

• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with Docker for containerization.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Knowledge of deployment processes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, Express.js).

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Understanding of network security and application monitoring tools.
