We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead to oversee our inside-sales operations in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will bring leadership expertise, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for education to drive revenue growth and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an inside-sales team focused on the K12 customer base.
• Develop and adapt sales strategies and scripts based on seasonal and audience insights.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining high morale.
• Ensure professional communication in both Hindi and English with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance individual and team success.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside-sales team leadership within the EdTech sector.
• Professional proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and meeting sales targets.
• Expertise in crafting and evolving sales scripts based on market trends.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for education and experience working with a K12 customer base.
