Job Description :

• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bakery products etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Decorate cakes using different icings, toppings, garnish etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking, baking and finishing.
• Developing and maintaining R&D section.
• Guide and motivate production assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
• Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
• Develop new products as per the market demand.
• Keep updated with the developments happening in confectionery industry.
• Introducing pocket friendly yet exciting products
• Streamlining mass production process for new developed product along with Production in charge before moving to another new development.
