Youre Role: Digital Marketing Analyst - Google Ads & SEM

As a Digital Marketing Analyst specializing in Google Ads and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), you will play a critical role in driving targeted traffic, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing ROI. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
• Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
• Perform regular A/B testing of ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and algorithm changes.

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 24 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with proven results in driving leads and conversions.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
• Expertise in keyword research and bid management.
• Familiarity with remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
• Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Soft Skills Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
