Ensure quotes are taken as per company policy.

Negotiate with vendors for favourable payment terms.

Ensure vendors are paid on time as per the agreed terms.

Ensure vendor balances are periodically reconciled.

Catering to the information needs of vendors.

Preparation of cash outflow forecast.

Ensure that the utility bills are verified and paid on time.

Periodic reconciliation of deposit with vendors.

Reviewing supply contract with the vendors

Streamlining the payment process of the company.

Scheduling payment release in fixed intervals.

Qualification: CA Inter/M Com

Experience: 3-5 years

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
