- Job Title: US IT RecruiterJob Summary: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for various clients in the US market
- You will work closely with the clients to understand their requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, and administering technical assessments
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
